Patient tutor!

My son needed a good basics of geometry and review of alegbra. Graciele has been patient, and very supportive of my son’s effort and results and he is very comfortable working weekly with her. He feels much stronger and confident in his class now. While we haven’t seen his grade improve just yet (still waiting on his teacher to update his grade) I feel confident she has helped my son tremendously. Thankful and relieved we found Graciele when we did! She even allows my son to text her with questions- she has really worked to build a good relationship with him and it’s paying off!

Excellent tutor

Graciele has been working with my daughter on AP Calculus and I would very highly recommend her. Our experience with tutors -- here on Wyzant and just in general -- has been a mixed bag. In general, we've found that each has his/her own style and if you find a match it works out well. What I've found most impressive about Graciele, though, is that she doesn't seem to come with any such preconceived "approach." Instead, she has taken the time to understand what my daughter is having trouble with or wants to improve and then focuses on that. Graciele has a wonderful, easy-going way about her and connected very quickly with my daughter to the point that she looks forward to Graciele's weekly sessions. This is something we've never experienced with any other tutor! Given Graciele's broad expertise, I expect my daughter will work with her on other subjects going forward as well.

Well worth her fee!

Graciele O. was well worth the fee she charges. I was definitely hesitant at first, but after she met with my son Taylor there was no question in her abilities. My son had a test the day after he met with her. He had mentioned to me that he had absolutely no idea what he was doing in the class, but after just one hour of working with my son in our home he aced the test the next day. He thought she was absolutely amazing and can't wait to have her back again prior to his next test! :-) I would highly recommend her, she is worth every penny.

We went over my homework, and it was so helpful to walk through step by step so that I completely understood what was happening and why. We struggled on one question, but Graciele is taking the time to figure the problem out on her own time. She is so nice and supportive, and she is truly a great teacher!

Energetic and Warm Math Tutor

Graciele worked with my 15 year old daughter for 2 solid hours to help ensure my daughter has a solid foundation to start the school year. My daughter really appreciated how well Graciele explained concepts, her patience, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills. Amazing Tutor

Since I was a child, I have never been able to grasp math at the same level as my peers. This has continued into adulthood, unfortunately. For the first time, I was able to understand and link different concepts, and in Calculus no less! This is all thanks to Graciele!! It really is all about teaching style and she's a born educator. I can't say enough nice things about her; if you're having difficulty in any level of math, I guarantee you'll feel much better after just 1 session with her!
